Royal Caribbean is facing more legal trouble after a former crew member admitted to spying on cruise passengers, including children, in their bathrooms and showers after planting small cameras in their cabins to record them in states of undress.

A Royal Caribbean crew member, Bryan James, a guitarist for the cruise line, shared how birds are kept away from cruise ships when they're in port. It's actually a fairly ingenious method that you may not have even noticed when you're on board.

The plaintiffs, who were identified as John, Jane or Junior Doe, stayed in cabins serviced by Arvin Joseph Mirasol when he was a stateroom attendant on the cruise line’s Symphony of the Seas ship. Mirasol was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison in August after pleading guilty to producing child pornography.

A former Royal Caribbean employee currently serving 30 years in federal prison on child porn charges may have filmed hundreds of unsuspecting passengers on hidden cameras.
