The GOP-controlled House voted Tuesday to pass the Laken Riley Act, a bill that prioritizes the arrest of some criminal illegal aliens.

The U.S. Senate is expected to vote on the Laken Riley Act Thursday afternoon and at least one of Georgia’s Senators has confirmed they’ll vote to pass the bill.

This bill would require the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to take an unlawfully present migrant into custody if charged with theft or other crimes
