Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell is out for the rest of the season after suffering a dislocated knee, torn ACL and other damage, according to Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans.

Texans receiver Tank Dell has been released after an overnight stay in the hospital and was traveling back to Houston on Sunday after sustaining a severe knee injury in Saturday’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dell was revealed to have suffered a dislocated knee, and he spent a few days at the hospital as a result of the injury. Now, the Texans have placed the young receiver on IR, ending his 2024 season. Dell was having a solid second year in the NFL, posting 667 yards and three touchdowns. However, that second year has now been cut short.
