Microsoft has announced a new special edition Xbox controller. Following a recent leak that confirmed the upcoming controller’s name, the company officially revealed the Pulse Cipher controller on Tuesday.

Xbox gamers have a growing list of options among the best Xbox controllers, but even expensive ones like the Xbox Elite Series 2 can develop stick drift and other issues.

Although the release date for the Red Cipher controller is not yet known, the insider believes an announcement is coming this month, and that it will be available exclusively on Microsoft’s official store at a likely price of $69.99 / £64.99 / €69.99.
