Just two games played was all it took for the Texans to wave the white flag. Houston waived Diontae Johnson on Tuesday, marking the third team that has moved on from the troubled wide receiver this season.

Johnson was disgruntled during his stint with the Ravens, earning a suspension for refusing to enter a game and ultimately getting waived by Baltimore. The Texans were Johnson's fourth team in the span of a calendar year, dating back to his time with the Steelers.

In a surprise move, the Texans waived the veteran wide receiver just three weeks after claiming him off waivers from the Baltimore Ravens. He’s an impending free agent after the year, so only a team remaining in the playoffs could claim him for a run to New Orleans.
