The Christmas countdown is rapidly nearing the end and so is President Joe Biden’s time in the White House. Every year, the White House does it big for the holiday season, and this time was no different.

Aides kept meetings short and controlled access, top advisers acted as go-betweens and public interactions became more scripted. The administration denied Biden has declined.
